These interactive Conference Report Forms will allow you to fill in the information on your computer, save the completed form, print the completed form for your files and send the completed form as an attachment in an e-mail to the appropriate person. You will need to download software (at no cost to you) which will allow you to fill in the information. Go to www.cutepdf.com, then scroll down to the section titled "Forms Management Software". Click on the arrow directly to the left of the link that says, "Free FormMax Filler". The software is titled "AcroFiller.exe" and you should select the box titled "save". Make note of where you save the file and when it is downloaded, install the program on your computer. You are now ready to use the following Conference Report Forms. Click on a form and select the box titled "open" in the window or "save" if that is the only option available. If you were able to "open" the form, fill in the fields and then save the completed form to your computer. To work on a form once you have saved the form to your computer, simply requires that you open your program which should be titled "FormMax Filler 3.5" and then select the form.
