OUR MINISTRY
|
| Since 1840, The Primitive Methodist Church
has met the challenge of serving the Lord in a changing society. While the nucleus of our
Denomination is found in Pennsylvania, we have ministries that are located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and New York. Church planting continues today under the National Mission Board. |
|
| Primitive Methodism has become a bilingual community of
believers. Several Churches in New England and Florida now provide the Hispanic
community the opportunity to worship in the comfort of their own language. |
| The first Primitive Methodist missionaries arrived in
Guatemala in 1922. By 1938, the Church had grown sufficiently to form their own National
Conference. The International Mission Board continues to support Missionaries in
Guatemala, as well as in Dominican Republic, Spain, Philippines, Canada, Pakistan,
Venezuela and Alaska. Your support Reaches the Lost of the World. |
| The Primitive Methodist Church is a member of the National
Association of Evangelicals. We strongly support the
American Bible Society. |
| Pocono Mountain Bible Conference provides year-round
programs for families and Summer Camp experiences for youth, at a facility located in the
Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. |
| The Primitive Methodist Investment Foundation provides
various opportunities for people to invest their money in Christian Ministries. |
