    THE DISCIPLINE TO PRINT
    A printable version of The Discipline is available in Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF).

    Following are some instructions on preparing the Discipline for your use.

    First, you should download the Discipline.
    Then, when you have the Discipline printed you should cut each page in half, punch holes in each page for use in an 8.5 x 5.5 binder, purchase a binder and place the pages in the binder.

    Please note that the print out will only be on one side of the paper.

    Binders may be purchased in most office supply stores, such as Staples, OfficeMax, Quill.com, and Office Depot.
